These standards apply to Gaon Connect, operated by Devendra Chouhan, including user posts, comments, election posts and other content or communication available through the app.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Gaon Connect strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes grooming or soliciting a child for sexual purposes, sextortion, sexual exploitation or trafficking of a child, and content or conduct that sexualizes, abuses or endangers a child.
Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through Gaon Connect is prohibited. This includes sexual images or videos of a child and other visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
How to report
To report a child-safety concern without linking it to a particular post, open Profile → Legal, Terms & Condition → Report a child safety concern in the app, describe the incident and submit the form. You can also report an election post by tapping its three-dot menu, choosing Report post, selecting Child safety / CSAE, and describing the concern. If you cannot use either in-app option, email grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com with any relevant details. Do not download or forward suspected CSAM.
Review and action
Reports are reviewed by the Gaon Connect operator or an authorized moderator. When we identify content or conduct that violates these standards, we may remove or restrict access to the content, restrict or disable the responsible account, and take further action consistent with applicable law. We will take appropriate action on CSAM when we obtain actual knowledge of it, including reporting to the appropriate authority where required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful child-safety investigations.

रिपोर्ट कैसे करें
किसी पोस्ट से जुड़ी न होने वाली बाल-सुरक्षा चिंता के लिए ऐप में प्रोफ़ाइल → कानूनी जानकारी, नियम और शर्तें → बाल सुरक्षा चिंता रिपोर्ट करें खोलें, घटना का विवरण लिखें और फ़ॉर्म भेजें। चुनाव पोस्ट की रिपोर्ट उसके तीन-बिंदु मेनू से पोस्ट रिपोर्ट करें चुनकर, बाल सुरक्षा / CSAE श्रेणी चुनकर भी की जा सकती है। यदि ऐप में रिपोर्ट नहीं कर सकते, तो संबंधित जानकारी grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com पर भेजें। संदिग्ध CSAM डाउनलोड या आगे साझा न करें।
समीक्षा और कार्रवाई
रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा Gaon Connect संचालक या अधिकृत मॉडरेटर करेंगे। मानकों का उल्लंघन मिलने पर सामग्री हटाई या सीमित की जा सकती है, संबंधित खाते पर रोक लगाई जा सकती है, और लागू कानून के अनुसार आगे कार्रवाई की जाएगी। CSAM की वास्तविक जानकारी मिलने पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी, जिसमें लागू कानून के अनुसार संबंधित प्राधिकरण को रिपोर्ट करना शामिल है।
