यह गोपनीयता नीति गाँव कनेक्ट Android ऐप पर लागू होती है। ऐप ग्राम पंचायत देवली कलां, ज़िला डीडवाना-कुचामन, राजस्थान के निवासियों के लिए है। पैकेज नाम com.gaonconnect.app है।

1. यह नीति किस पर लागू है
ऐप खोलने, प्रोफ़ाइल बनाने, शिकायत या सामुदायिक पोस्ट भेजने, उम्मीदवार का समर्थन करने, चुनाव पोस्टर पर प्रतिक्रिया देने, और वार्ड की सूची में नाम खोजने पर यह नीति लागू होती है। ऐप का Google Play पेज भी इसी संचालक के अंतर्गत है।
2. हम कौन सी जानकारी लेते हैं
बिना प्रोफ़ाइल आप सार्वजनिक पंचायत जानकारी पढ़ सकते हैं। प्रोफ़ाइल बनाने पर ये बातें हमारे सर्वर पर जाती हैं और Firestore में user_profiles में रखी जाती हैं:
- नाम
- उम्र
- लिंग (पुरुष या महिला, जैसा फ़ॉर्म में है)
- मोबाइल नंबर, भारत के कोड के साथ
- वार्ड
- भाषा (हिन्दी या English)
- सूचनाओं की पसंद (घोषणा, शिकायत, परियोजना, ग्राम सभा, समुदाय, सर्वेक्षण)
- खाता पहचान: नंबर के अंतिम अंकों से बना यूज़र आईडी
- मतदाता या गैर-मतदाता का चुनाव, और यदि आप सूची से नाम चुनें तो उस प्रविष्टि की पहचान
इस संस्करण में मोबाइल नंबर पर SMS OTP नहीं भेजा जाता। नंबर प्रोफ़ाइल के लिए सहेजा जाता है। साइन-इन की जाँच इस बिल्ड में स्थानीय है, किसी SMS सेवा से नहीं।
आप ये भी भेज सकते हैं, और ये सर्वर पर सहेजे जाते हैं:
- शिकायत का शीर्षक, विवरण, श्रेणी, सार्वजनिक या निजी दृश्यता, और वैकल्पिक स्थान का नाम। शिकायत आपके यूज़र आईडी से जुड़ी होती है। ऐप अभी शिकायत की फ़ोटो या फ़ोन का GPS नहीं माँगता।
- सामुदायिक पोस्ट का प्रकार, शीर्षक और विवरण, आपके यूज़र आईडी के साथ। समर्थन या रिपोर्ट की गिनती भी सहेजी जाती है।
- चुनाव पोस्ट की रिपोर्ट: पोस्ट की पहचान और सामग्री का स्नैपशॉट, चुनी हुई श्रेणी, आपका विवरण, भेजने का समय और यदि आप साइन इन हैं तो आपका यूज़र आईडी और नाम। पोस्ट की फ़ोटो की पहचान रिपोर्ट के साथ रखी जाती है, फ़ोटो की अलग प्रति नहीं। अधिकृत व्यवस्थापक रिपोर्ट देख सकते हैं।
- उम्मीदवार का समर्थन (
private_favourites) और, जब सर्वेक्षण खुला हो, आपका चुना हुआ उम्मीदवार (survey_responses)। यह राजनीतिक पसंद है। - चुनाव पोस्टर पर इमोजी प्रतिक्रिया। लॉग-इन यूज़र का यूज़र आईडी जाता है। बिना प्रोफ़ाइल प्रतिक्रिया देने पर ऐप एक स्थानीय पहचान बनाकर भेजती है, जो विज्ञापन आईडी नहीं है।
- वार्ड में नाम खोज। खोज के शब्द सर्वर पर जाँच के लिए जाते हैं। खोज का इतिहास अलग संग्रह में नहीं लिखा जाता। जवाब में नाम, संबंधी का नाम, आयु-वर्ग और मकान नंबर आ सकते हैं। ये उस वार्ड के लोगों का डेटा है, केवल आपका नहीं।
3. हम क्या नहीं लेते
इस कोड में ये नहीं हैं: विज्ञापन SDK, विज्ञापन आईडी, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, संपर्क सूची, कैमरा अनुमति, माइक्रोफ़ोन, सटीक GPS अनुमति, और ईमेल पता। स्थान केवल वही लिखी हुई जगह है जो आप शिकायत में खुद लिखें। घोषणाओं और विकास कार्यों की फ़ोटो सर्वर से आपके फ़ोन पर कैश होती हैं। वे आपकी ली हुई फ़ोटो नहीं हैं।
AndroidManifest में उपयोगकर्ता अनुमति केवल इंटरनेट है। allowBackup चालू है, इसलिए Android आपकी ऐप फ़ाइलें आपके अपने Google खाते के बैकअप में रख सकता है।
4. जानकारी किस काम आती है
- प्रोफ़ाइल और पंचायत से आपका संबंध बनाना
- शिकायत, पोस्ट, समर्थन, सर्वेक्षण और पोस्टर प्रतिक्रिया दिखाना
- हिन्दी या English चुनना
- सार्वजनिक विकास कार्य, घोषणाएँ, उम्मीदवार और स्थानीय सेवाएँ दिखाना
- वार्ड सूची में नाम मिलाना, जब आप खोजें
हम यह डेटा नहीं बेचते। ऐप में विज्ञापन नहीं हैं। विज्ञापन या मार्केटिंग प्रोफ़ाइल नहीं बनती।
5. किसके साथ साझा होती है
डेटा Google Firebase पर रहता है: Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage और Cloud Functions, क्षेत्र asia-south1 (मुंबई), प्रोजेक्ट gaonconnect-aba17। Google इस होस्टिंग के लिए सेवा प्रदाता है।
सार्वजनिक शिकायत, सामुदायिक पोस्ट, समर्थन संख्या और चुनाव पोस्टर ऐप के दूसरे उपयोगकर्ताओं को दिख सकते हैं। निजी शिकायत ऐसे कार्ड पर दूसरे निवासियों के लिए नहीं है। उम्मीदवारों के नाम, फ़ोटो और संपर्क उनके सार्वजनिक परिचय का हिस्सा हैं।
पोस्टर या परियोजना साझा करने पर वह सामग्री उस ऐप को जाती है जिसे आप चुनते हैं। यह आपका काम है।
कानून माँगे, या धोखाधड़ी रोकने के लिए जरूरी हो, तो जानकारी दी जा सकती है। इसके अलावा हम डेटा तीसरे पक्ष को उनके अपने विज्ञापन के लिए नहीं देते।
6. मतदाता सूची
ऐप पूरे गाँव की मतदाता सूची का हिस्सा Firestore में रखती है, ताकि वार्ड में नाम खोजा जा सके। सूची से नाम चुनना और फ़ोन नंबर भरना चुनावी पहचान साबित नहीं करता। सूची संचालक का रिकॉर्ड है। आपका खाता हटने पर पूरी सूची नहीं हटती।
7. सुरक्षा
ऐप लाइव सर्वर से HTTPS पर बात करती है। Firestore पर Google का एट-रेस्ट एन्क्रिप्शन लागू है। फ़ोन पर सत्र और कैश ऐप की निजी फ़ाइलों में हैं। यह संस्करण उत्पादन गोपनीयता के लिए तब तक पर्याप्त नहीं है जब तक सर्वर पर साइन-इन के बिना पढ़ना-लिखना बंद नहीं किया जाता। संवेदनशील बात सार्वजनिक पोस्ट या शिकायत में न लिखें।
8. कितनी देर रखते हैं, और मिटाना
प्रोफ़ाइल तब तक रहती है जब तक आप मिटाने को न कहें या हम खाता बंद न करें। सार्वजनिक शिकायत, पोस्ट और ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड पंचायत के काम का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं। खाता मिटाने पर भी वे रह सकते हैं, पहचान हटाकर। मतदाता सूची अलग रिकॉर्ड है।
प्रोफ़ाइल स्क्रीन पर «खाता हटाएँ» दबाने से प्रोफ़ाइल इस फ़ोन और सर्वर से हट जाती है। मदद के लिए grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com पर अपने नाम और मोबाइल नंबर के साथ लिखें।
फ़ोन पर कैश मिटाने के लिए ऐप का डेटा साफ़ करें या ऐप हटाएँ।
9. बच्चे
ऐप बच्चों के लिए नहीं है। चुनाव और मतदाता सूची के कारण इसका उद्देश्य 18 वर्ष और उससे अधिक है। उम्र का फ़ॉर्म 18 वर्ष से कम को अपने आप नहीं रोकता। यदि हमें पता चले कि 13 वर्ष से कम का खाता बना है, तो grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com पर बताएँ। हम वह प्रोफ़ाइल हटा देंगे।
10. आपके विकल्प
- बिना प्रोफ़ाइल सार्वजनिक पेज देखें।
- शिकायत को निजी रखें।
- समर्थन हटाएँ, जहाँ स्क्रीन अनुमति दे।
- भाषा बदलें।
- पोस्ट में केवल वही लिखें जो सार्वजनिक हो सके।
- मिटाने का अनुरोध ईमेल से करें।
11. बदलाव
नीति बदलने पर इस पेज की तारीख बदलेंगे। बड़ा बदलाव हो तो ऐप या इस पेज पर नोट करेंगे। नया संस्करण प्रकाशित होने के बाद ऐप का उपयोग नई नीति की स्वीकृति है।

This privacy policy covers the Gaon Connect Android app for residents of Gram Panchayat Deoli Kalan, Didwana-Kuchaman district, Rajasthan. The application id is com.gaonconnect.app.

1. What this policy covers
It covers opening the app, creating a profile, sending a complaint or community post, supporting a candidate, reacting to an election poster, and searching a ward list. The public download page for the app is operated in the same context.
2. Information we collect
You can read public panchayat information without a profile. If you create a profile, the following is sent to our servers and stored in Firestore user_profiles:
- Name
- Age
- Gender, as offered on the form (male or female)
- Mobile number, with the India country code
- Ward
- Language (Hindi or English)
- Notification preferences for announcements, complaints, projects, gram sabha, community, and surveys
- An account id derived from the mobile number
- Whether you mark yourself as a voter or non-voter, and the list entry id if you choose a name
This version does not send an SMS one-time password. The mobile number is stored for the profile. Sign-in checking in this build is local. It does not use an SMS provider.
You may also submit, and we store:
- A complaint title, description, category, public or private visibility, and an optional place name. The complaint is tied to your user id. The app does not currently ask for a complaint photo or for the phone’s GPS location.
- A community post type, title, and body, with your user id. Upvote and report counts are stored.
- A report about an election post: the post id and a snapshot of its text and author, the selected category, your description, and the submission time. If you are signed in, your user id and display name are included. The report keeps a reference to the post photo, not a separate copy. Authorized administrators can review reports.
- Candidate support (
private_favourites) and, when a survey is open, the candidate you choose (survey_responses). That is a political preference. - An emoji reaction on an election poster. Logged-in reactions use your user id. A reaction without a profile sends an app-generated id stored on the device. It is not an advertising id.
- A ward name search. The words you type are sent to match a list. The search is not written to a separate history collection. Results can include a name, a relative’s name, an age band, and a house number. That is personal data about people in the ward, not only about you.
3. What we do not collect
This code does not include an advertising SDK, an advertising id, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, contacts access, camera permission, microphone access, precise GPS permission, or an email address. Location is only a place name you type into a complaint. Photos of announcements and works are downloaded from the server and cached on your phone. They are not photos you took.
The only user permission in the Android manifest is internet access. allowBackup is enabled, so Android may include the app’s files in a backup of your own Google account.
4. Why we use it
- To create your profile and connect it to the panchayat
- To show complaints, posts, support, surveys, and poster reactions
- To keep your Hindi or English choice
- To show public works, announcements, candidates, and local services
- To match a name in the ward list when you search
We do not sell this data. The app has no ads. We do not build advertising or marketing profiles.
5. Who receives it
Data is stored on Google Firebase: Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions, in region asia-south1 (Mumbai), project gaonconnect-aba17. Google is the hosting provider.
Public complaints, community posts, support counts, and election posters can be seen by other people using the app. A private complaint is not meant for that public card. Candidate names, photos, and contact numbers are part of their public introduction.
If you share a poster or a project, that content goes to the app you pick. That transfer is your action.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to investigate abuse. We do not give the data to third parties for their own advertising.
6. Electoral roll
The app keeps part of the village electoral roll in Firestore so a ward search can run. Choosing a name and entering a phone number does not prove electoral identity. The roll is the operator’s record. Deleting your account does not delete the roll.
7. Security
The app talks to the live server over HTTPS. Firestore uses Google’s encryption at rest. The session and cache on the phone are in the app’s private files. This version is not enough for a production privacy claim until read and write access on the server requires a signed-in user. Do not put sensitive information in a public post or complaint.
8. Retention and deletion
A profile stays until you ask us to delete it or we close the account. Public complaints, posts, and audit records may be part of the panchayat’s work. They can remain after account deletion, with the identity removed. The electoral roll is a separate record.
On the profile screen, Delete account removes the profile from this phone and from the server. For help, email grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com with your name and mobile number.
To remove the cache on a phone, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children. Because of election and voter-list features, it is meant for people aged 18 and over. The age field does not automatically block someone under 18. If you believe a profile belongs to a child under 13, email grampanchayat.deolikalan@gmail.com. We will delete that profile.
10. Your choices
- Browse public pages without a profile.
- Mark a complaint private.
- Clear support where the screen allows it.
- Change language.
- Write in a post only what can be public.
- Request deletion by email.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will change the date on this page. For a material change, we will note it in the app or on this page. Continued use after the new version is published means you accept the updated policy.
